It's the biggest ARF in Great Planes history — and the remarkable product of over two and a half years of research and development! The Extra 330S commands the eye whether it's in the sky or on the ground, simply by size alone. But true to its name, the Extra 330S goes above and beyond, with a hardware package rich in unexpected extras — and the assembly ease previously found only on much smaller ARFs!

Equipped to "do it up right" from the start! Extras in the hardware package include an aluminum spinner, aluminum servo arms, carbon-fiber landing gear and more!


It can take months to complete a giant-scale kit, but the 38% Extra 330S ARF can be ready for admiring looks in as little as 18-20 hours.		Two-piece wing and stab halves bolt on at the field and come off for simpler storage and handling. The wing mounting tube is aluminum, the horizontal stabilizer tubes are carbon fiber, and both are strong and lightweight.


Dual servos for each aileron supply amazing maneuvering power. The provided linkages are short, direct and external, for easy set-up and adjustment and fast, pinpoint response.		The rudder benefits from an aluminum servo tray, a three-servo set-up and a tiller arm assembly supported by dual bearings — a combination that provides exceptionally smooth and extremely powerful control.


Stab halves offer two time-saving features: a prebuilt pocket for servo and the linkages required for hook-up.		Removing the canopy/hatch provides easy access to the fuselage at any point between the vertical fin and cowl! There's room to accommodate two receivers, two battery packs — or both!


Like the factory-built balsa and ply airframe, the turtle deck's balsa-sheeted foam core provides maximum strength with minimal weight and work.		The Extra 330's unique trim scheme is professionally applied using glossy MonoKote^® film. It's easy to see in any attitude — and eye-catching any way you look at it!


Carbon-fiber landing gear handles landing stress with flex-resistant strength.		Control surfaces are double-beveled and extra generous, to ensure maximum deflection and dependable, split-second response.
